Mile Cross Towers Inspection - August 2024
Want to see positive changes in your Mile Cross tower? We're listening and looking for your help to improve your area in a practical way.
Your feedback will be used by the estate management team to improve the area and focus council resources. You can follow the progress as the results of the inspections start to take shape in your estate.
Here are three easy ways to get involved:
1. Join the walkaround
- Join the estate management, local councillors and your area team during a guided walkaround of the towers.
- Date: 28th August in the early evening.
- Email involvement@norwich.gov.uk to join the inspection.
2. Complete the inspection questionnaire
- Share your insights and feedback at a time which is convenient for yourself.
3. Map Chat
- Drop a pin on the map to highlight any issues or share ideas for improvement.

- Removal of graffiti from communal areas

- Cleanliness of communal windows on doors/landings & staircases
- Cleanliness of ledges including internal window sills
- Sweeping and washing of stairs, landing, entrance halls and lobbies
- Check of estate lights, including bulbs/tubes
- Sweeping and mopping of entrance halls and lobbies
