We invite you to complete the estate inspection survey. Your responses will be combined with the walkaround findings, and any comments you provide will be reviewed by the Estate Management team.
To ensure your responses align with the industry-standard Housemark grading system, and can be compared with inspections in Norwich and across the country, please read the help notes before starting. We recommend opening the attached help document in a separate window so you can easily refer to them while completing the survey.
The guidance explains how to grade each aspect of the estate. For example:
Graffiti in communal areas
Good: These areas typically do not have any graffiti and no graffiti can be found anywhere in the building block..
Satisfactory: This is an area with very little evidence of graffiti in the building block.
Poor: This is an area with graffiti found in many places within the building block.
Very Poor: TThis is when the cleanliness the area is totally unacceptable, where excessive and offensive levels of graffiti are found.
