Caring for our environment and our people. We are committed to being a net-zero council by 2030 and, working with our partners, being a net-zero city by 2045. In all our decisions we will consider, and guard against, the impact on climate. We will continue to invest in important services and projects that positively affect change including a new 10-year parks and green spaces strategy to safeguard our environment for current and future generations.
