Making a real difference to people's lives. We will continue to support those on the lowest incomes by providing up to 100% council tax relief and charging 100% council tax premium on second homes. This is part of our much wider work to reduce inequalities, working towards a fairer Norwich for all. Last year we supported 12,772 households through our council tax reduction scheme, committing £1.9 million from our budget. We anticipate a similar number of people will be eligable in 2025-26 and have set aside enough money to cover this.
