Physical Activity Community Engagement Survey

We want to hear from everyone in Greater Norwich. Whether you play sports, walk the dog, cycle to work, or don’t do much physical activity at all. This short survey is your chance to share how you stay active, what’s changed for you in recent years and what could help make physical activity easier and more accessible for all. 

Your insights will help shape future services, facilities, and programmes that support healthier, more active communities.

How important is your overall health and wellbeing to you?

By ‘overall health and wellbeing’ we mean things such as healthy eating, regular activity, generally taking care of your body and mind and feeling good.

This may include jobs such as a labourer, gardener, traffic warden, cleaner.

By ‘physical activity’ we mean doing something that gets you out of breath, like walking fast, cycling or playing sport. This doesn’t include housework or physical activity that is part of your job.
