Reflooring the corridors properly to dispose of the broken asbestos containing floor tiles may be nice, a video based door entry system as no one can hear the intercom clearly, test the EMF coming off the mobile masts, it is 5 times above the maximum safety limit in my flat 47 V/M

External lighting around the rear entrance of the flats shine up so the bottom three doors are constantly illuminated at night. This should never have been oked for installation without taking this into account.

External sheds need their doors replacing as they are rotten and allowing water ingress.

A cleaning regime so external windows are cleaned, communal floors stairways and walls are weekly cleaned by the caretaker as is his remit. Only the foyer and ground floor are done at the moment.

A decent connection into the tower from the main network for wifi. With the switchover to wifi only landlines a year away the struggling signal we have will not cope.
