Entertainment, arts and culture survey 2026

If you live in Norwich, we want to hear your experiences of entertainment, arts, culture, creativity and heritage in the city.

Do you attend any of the venues, festivals or events in the city? Are there are any barriers to you attending? How important are arts, culture and heritage to the identity of Norwich?

We want to hear from you whether you take part in cultural or creative activities, or not. We need a range of views from across Norwich. All individual answers will be confidential.

We ask residents for their views on culture regularly, and your views will be used to help:

  • identify gaps in the arts and culture in Norwich 🎨

  • improve accessibility and coordination ✅

  • and secure additional funding 💸

Last year you told us…

  • Norwich’s culture is a source of pride, belonging and wellbeing,

  • shared experiences like music, performance and events are especially important,

  • but barriers such as cost, transport and accessibility can make it harder to take part.

So this year we will…

  • use your feedback to shape a joined‑up cultural strategy for the city,

  • design new projects to support culture and creativity, including accessibility schemes, a major events plan, and many more,

  • work to make culture more accessible, inclusive and connected for everyone.

To thank you for contributing your time, you have the choice of giving us your email if you want to be entered into a prize draw for £200.

📅 The deadline for replying to the survey is Wednesday, 30 September 2026 📅
