How strong is community in the neighbourhood of Mile Cross?

Too often the story we hear is about ‘what’s wrong’. Instead we’re asking ‘what’s strong’, what do people value here and how can those things be part of any solution to tackling community challenges.

Over the next few months we are inviting anyone who lives, works or has family in Mile Cross to say what or who makes a difference to local life.

Simple ways you can get involved:

  • Highlight on the map things you value
  • Add an idea you’d like to get started that could bring people together locally
  • Comment on and like others’ ideas
  • Enter the community poll
  • Come back again to see what others add!

More ways to stay in touch

Also part of this conversation are Community Connectors – chatty local people who are out and about talking to people around the area. They want to learn about what people like doing, their skills, interest, cares and concerns, and find opportunities to connect people, places and things going on.

If you’d like to be kept up to date, click on the 'SUBSCRIBE' button on the righthand side.
