A firm of Surveyors, Savills, has been commissioned by Norwich City Council to undertake a Stock Condition Survey of its housing stock
The purpose of the survey is to enable Norwich City Council to check if your home is free from hazards, to ensure your safety and well-being and to gather information regarding the condition, to assit in planning future maintenance programmes.
The surveys will be carried out between 12th May 2025 and 31st October 2025. A surveyor may call at your property during this period and, if this is the case, we would be grateful if you could give him/her access. All surveyors will be wearing a Savills identification badge and will carry a letter of authority on Norwich City Council’s headed paper.
If you are not at home should a surveyor call, he/she will leave a calling card with contact details for you to arrange a convenient appointment.
The three questions in the survey you find here will be used to assist with planning the visits in general.
Please be aware that we cannot guarantee our surveyors will be able to visit your home on the day and time you ask for due to the volume of housing stock we need to visit.
If you would like to book your stock condition survey rather than waiting for one of the surveyors to call round, please call us on 0344 980 3333, 9am to 4pm, Monday to Friday
