Heathgate Inspection-July 2024
Want to see positive changes in Heathgate? We're listening and looking for your help to improve Heathgate in a practical way.
Your feedback will be used by the estate management team to improve the area and focus council resources. You can follow the progress as the results of the inspections start to take shape in your estate.
Here are three easy ways to get involved:
1. Join the walkaround
- Join the estate management, local councillors and your area team during a guided walkaround of Heathgate
- Date: 31st july 2024 in the afternoon.
- Email involvement@norwich.gov.uk to join the inspection.
2. Complete the inspection questionnaire
- Share your insights and feedback at a time which is convenient for yourself.
3. Map Chat
- Drop a pin on the map to highlight any issues or share ideas for improvement.

Please use the search function in the map or press the + icon to put a pin on the map.
- Drop pins onto a map.
- Place an "Improvement idea" pin in a location where you have an idea to improve a location; a flower bed, a new bench etc
- Add a "Good Example" pin in a place which you think would be a good idea for other parts of the city such as mural, popular play area etc
- Place a "Problem" pin where there is something which needs fixing such as broken climbing frame, stuck gate. Remember, it is probably quicker to use the https://www.norwich.gov.uk/report link for issues like fly tipping or graffiti or other types of service requests..

We’ll review all the comments received once the inspection walkaround has taken place. We will then share with you a summary of the feedback as a whole and what we’re able to action.
