Love Norwich Grants – Now Open for 2025/26!
Do you have a vision to brighten up your local area? The Love Norwich grants programme is offering up to £1,200 to residents and community groups who want to improve public spaces across Norwich.
Whether it’s a vibrant mural, a peaceful community garden, or a revitalised woodland trail — we’re here to help bring your ideas to life and transform neglected spaces into places that inspire.
Key Details:
- Open to both new and existing projects
- Applicants must have permission to carry out improvements
- Projects must be located within the Norwich City Council boundary
- All projects must be completed by 1 April 2026

Jenny Lind Youth Project MuralLove Norwich is funding this fantastic partnership, enabling them to continue developing community cohesion, improve wellbeing.This will ensure they can continue to provide positive activities with local artists, with their community murals project in Suffolk Square.Norwich Cycle Speedway Club

Club members competing at the track The speedway track, at Harford Park is a great resource for residents and club members. Our grant enabled the club to re-shale the track to create a safer surface.We are thrilled this supports the Club to host competitions as part of the 2025 World Cycle Speedway Championships.The Island Community Group
Douro Place
The Island community gardenOur Love Norwich grant supported residents to develop their community garden providing a calming space for neighbours to connect.Funding covered a new seating area, patio paving, tools storage, as well as plants, shrubs and wildflowers to incorporate much needed colour and biodiversity.Burges Road Community Garden
Mile Cross
Burges Road Gardeners making progressVolunteers in Mile Cross have been working hard to transform an unloved, heavily fly tipped area and convert it in to a community garden.
The Love Norwich grant funded the purchase of a secure metal shed, to provide space for tools and equipment.
NR5 Community Arts Mural
North Earlham
Local community group The NR5 Community Hub, supported residents fed up with walking past graffiti to create this wonderful mural.
Our grant enabled them to purchase the paint and work with a local artist, whilst our community enabling team supported them to acheve the appropiate permissions.
