We're excited to launch our Love Norwich grants!The Friends of Waterloo Park
This grants project offers up to £1,200 to residents and community groups who want to make improvements to public spaces in their local areas.
Whether you envision a community garden, a colourful mural, or thriving woodlands, this is an opportunity for us to support your project and transform tired or unloved public spaces into areas which inspire and delight.
Please note:
Applications are welcome from new and existing projects
Groups must have or gain permission to make improvementsLocal resident creating a mural on Hedgehog Alley
Projects must be public spaces within the Norwich City Council's boundary.

The GMOTFW Hub aims to provide a safe space where parents can connect together for support and friendship.
Love Norwich has funded them to improve their outside space by installing a new picket fence creating a safe area for children to play.

Love Norwich is funding this fantastic partnership, enabling them to continue developing community cohesion, improve wellbeing.
This will ensure they can continue to provide positive activities with local artists, with their community murals project in Suffolk Square.
Norwich Cycle Speedway Club

The speedway track, at Harford Park is a great community resource for residents and club members.
Our grant has funded the club to re-shale the track to create a safer surface that is kept in optimum condition..
We are thrilled this supports the Club to host competitions as part of the 2025 World Cycle Speedway Championships, as riders from around the world compete for the world title.

Our Love Norwich grant is supporting local residents to develop a community garden providing a calming space for local residents to connect. The grant will support adding a new seating area, patio paving, safe storage of tools and a range of plants, shrubs and wildflowers to incorporate much needed colour and biodiversity.

Residents in the area are looking to turn four flower beds into accessible raised beds to improve their local community to create a welcoming bumping space where residents can gather and connect with one another. They plan to plant flowers and vegetables that can be harvested by the local community

Volunteers in Mile Cross have been working hard to transform an unloved, heavily fly tipped area and convert it in to a community garden.
The Love Norwich grant is funding the addition of a secure metal shed, to provide space for tools and equipment. Which will enable the next stages to happen.
