Dolphin Grove Inspection Results

The Dolphin Grove and Watson Grove inspection was carried out on the 25th of September 2025.

Eight tenants came along on the walkaround to score the various aspects of the estate (such as cleanliness of entrance ways, windows, paths etc). The tenants were accompanied by council staff members from the Estates and ASB teams.

There were four submissions from the online survey using the same scoring from the walkaround. The results were represented during the walkaround so a final, consensus score could be recorded from the estate.
