Over the past few weeks, many of you took the time to share your thoughts and experiences with Housing Online—and we’re truly grateful.
Your feedback has helped us better understand what’s working well and where we can improve. It’s clear that you want a platform that’s not only easy to use but also genuinely helpful in managing your housing needs.
We also heard your suggestions for future improvements—including the ability to amend Direct Debits within the app, simpler navigation for reporting repairs, and more detailed information about your neighbourhood. These are thoughtful ideas, and while they’re not available just yet, we’re actively exploring what’s possible within Housing Online to bring these enhancements to life.

Keep your information current with ease:
- Home and mobile phone numbers
- Email address
- Emergency contact details
- Next of kin contact number
🔐 Enhanced login preferences
Your account security matters. You can now:
- Change your password
- Update your memorable word
- Enable Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for added protection
