Help shape how we support good neighbourly living in Norwich
Norwich City Council is developing a new Good Neighbourhood Management Policy to improve how we manage our housing estates, support positive neighbour relations, and address everyday issues that affect residents' quality of life — such as noise, shared spaces and informal disputes.
This policy will help clarify:
What “being a good neighbour” means in our communities.
What you can expect from Norwich City Council
What support residents can expect when dealing with neighbourhood issues.
How we can work together to create safe, respectful, and thriving neighbourhoods.
We want to hear from you — your experiences, ideas, and suggestions will directly shape the policy. The survey should take around 5–10 minutes to complete and is anonymous.
Thank you for helping us build better neighbourhoods together.
The survey will be open from Thursday 9th October until Thursday 6th November 2025.
